Job Overview


We need an Office Runner to assist in the smooth running of the Fremantle HQ office and particularly out of hours production staff, events and run throughs. You’ll be logging and carrying out staff requests or forwarding to appropriate alternative staff if necessary, while ensuring Covid-19 health and safety protocols are adhered to. 


Here you’ll get to:


  • Set up and clear meeting rooms

  • Support events, auditions and runs throughs taking place in the office

  • Keep kitchens clean and tidy and inform Facilities of any shortages

  • Prepare coffees and teas when required

  • Manage security passes

  • Assist other members of Facilities Team as necessary e.g. Reception, Catering team

  • Flag up any issues in the building e.g. maintenance problems

  • Order stationery for production and keep stock tidy

  • Check booked spaces prior to events taking placePhotocopying & basic filing

  • Assist in set up of office areas, including furniture builds & moves

  • Assist in set up of social events

  • Maintain paper stocks for photocopiers

  • Help with archive box collection and delivery

  • Occasionally assist Media Resources

  • Attend weekly Facilities Team meetings

  • Assist the Post Room in collecting and delivering mail
