SOURCE Channel 4 has ordered a second series of its diverse stand-up showcase Jokes Only A ... Can Tell, featuring immigrants, NHS workers and the neurodivergent among others, British Comedy Guide can exclusively reveal.


Ahir Shah, Pierre Novellie, Erika Ehler and BBC New Comedy Award winner Dan Tiernan are part of an expanded line-up for the Channel 4 digital channels series that also features Nabil Abdulrashid returning with the Jokes Only A Muslim Can Tell strand, a spotlight on Indian and Scottish comics, and kicks off with Jokes Only A Northern Irish Person Can Tell on Sunday, followed by Jokes Only An NHS Worker Can Tell on Thursday.


The first series, which launched in May last year, has amassed more than six million views on Facebook alone.


Confirmed acts for the new episodes, which are set to appear twice a week, are as follows: Jokes Only A Northern Irish Person Can Tell

Can Tell is produced by Fergus March (Paddington's Guide to Britain) and executive produced by Celia Taylor (An Idiot Abroad). It was commissioned by Channel 4's digital commissioning editor for comedy, Charlie Hyland.
